Emergency Treatment
As a courtesy to our prescheduled patients, a phone call is requested to reduce waiting time for everyone.  For emergencies outside of patient hours please call Emergency Services at 526.8633.

Appointments
Our appointments are scheduled specifically for each patient.  We ask that you kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance, to avoid a cancellation charge.  We would gladly reschedule another convenient time for you.
We try our best to run on schedule and ask that you do your best to be on time.  If you are late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, so that other patients are not kept waiting.

Infection & Sterilization Procedures
Infection control is an important part of any health care practice.  You will notice that all clinical staff wear facemasks, eye protection and change gloves between every patient.  All instruments and hand pieces are sterilized in authorized high-pressure sterilizers. 
The treatment rooms are sanitized for every patient, maintaining the optimum in asepsis, for every visit.

As a courtesy, we are happy to assist our patients with dental benefits by filling out necessary forms.  For your convenience, we accept cash, visa mastercard and interact.  When extensive treatment is necessary, an estimate of the fee will be presented before the treatment begins.  We ensure that you are comfortable with financial arrangements prior to treatment.  Our business team would be pleased to answer any questions you may have regarding fees, insurance and financial arrangements.
